Based in Shanghai, this role will be the Head of HR for Greater China to lead the entire HR function. The company is growing steadily in Greater China with a focus on business optimisation. They are looking for a strong HR leader who is a true business partner with extensive talent development experience. You will be working closely with the business leaders to look for continuous improvement of the organisation and the HR function. The role requires someone strong in organisational development, able to deal with ambiguity and change, and a person passionate about what they do. You will have a team of over 15 people, so will require strong people management skills.
You should have proven track record with 10-15 years of broad HR experience, preferably from the consumer or retail related industry. Experience in organisation development and talent management will be important, as well as strong business acumen. You need to be bi-lingual in both Mandarin and English.
