A global leader in providing technology-leading products, systems, and services, they are recruiting a Regional Talent Management Head for North Asia based at their Hong Kong office.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR for North Asia (based in Hong Kong), the Regional Talent Management Head will be responsible for the overall Talent Management function and form part of the leadership team for the North Asia region. This role will be responsible to lead, design and execute the talent management strategy for the company’s business functions in North Asia.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a wide range of skills and experience, including a hands-on approach to all Talent Management activities, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, and a track record of driving organisational design and effectiveness. In addition, the candidate should have experience in leading behavioral changes and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, while also being able to solve business problems in a way that aligns with overall objectives. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex talent issues to management at all levels. Finally, the candidate should be open to potential mobility within the North Asia region.
