They will continue to technologically evolve their products and create sales channels that engage the users in unique and creative ways.
The key role will be to assist the HR Director as their main advisor in HR strategy in order to drive and support change management and cultural transformation as well as defining and reinforcing best practices. You will be in charge of a sizeable team of HRBPs and a large commercial business along with support functions.
You will have proven experience in partnering with business leaders and in leading transformation initiatives in a complex, global environment. You will demonstrate an aptitude for driving behavioural changes and sustained cultural change. Experience in managing a large team whilst balancing the needs of the business with people development. Additionally, an agile and ambitious mindset with the flexibility to work as part of a global team.
