With changes in the HR structure our client is searching for Senior HR Business Partners to support differing business units within the UK and Ireland, which is one of the organisations more complex and biggest markets.
The individual will be tasked with supporting the people strategy in the UK and Ireland for their designated business unit. With constant transformation in the organisation this is a great opportunity to be a key part of this change environment. The role will be highly visible and due to the setup of HR, it will require strategic thinking, broad stakeholder management skills, change management skills and the ability to lead through influence. With great support through the globally based HR services team, there is more time to work on strategic projects and sit closely with the business leaders that this role supports.
To be successful in this position, the candidates will need to have broad experience working within multinational organisations and will have seen best practice HR. They will also be able to navigate a matrix environment, show they can work through change and transformation and build strong relationships with business stakeholders, while working with colleagues within the UK & Ireland and in the wider global HR team and HR Services.
