Our client is an international organisation with an established brand and loyal customer group within the services industry. Following the appointment of a new CHRO, the organisation is looking to drive a positive and progressive culture, staying loyal to core values but moving towards a performance driven and cutting edge culture.
The role requires an individual to shape talent and development initiatives in line with the new leadership framework for the corporate functions client groups across finance, legal, HR, marketing and IT. The individual will be partnering closely with the heads of functions as a strategic business partner, helping them deliver on their long-term people agendas. The role will have a small team and this person must therefore be operationally sound as well as strategically capable.
We are looking for someone with a track record in HR business partnering, ideally in the services space. You should have some international experience coupled with deep knowledge of the Nordics region, and ideally within a recognised ‘best in class’ HR organisation at some point during your career. You must be able to demonstrate driving change in conservative or traditional organisations and/or business units.
