We are delighted to work with a local conglomerate with over 400,000 people worldwide. The company has a global footprint, with businesses across the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. We are looking for a Hong Kong based Head of Assessment.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Management, this is a newly created role at the group level. You will be responsible for group selection strategies through consultation and project leadership in development of selection solutions, assessment and interview design, competency modeling, talent market, and selection practices. You will play a key role in fueling the growth of the organisation by bringing onboard the talent that will shape the future.  

The Individual

You should be an industrial-organisational psychologist with solid consulting experience. You should bring a business mindset and understand the role of centre of excellence. You will have experience working in a changing and transforming environment and will be able to navigate complexities and adapt to a matrixed working environment.
