As our client is looking to take the talent function to the next level, therefore a key need has arisen for a dynamic Vice President of Global Talent to join the team and drive the overall talent agenda. The Role

We are looking for a high potential individual who brings a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of how to align the business goals and objectives with the broader talent strategy. The Vice President of Global Talent will serve as a thought leader, developing and executing innovative strategies to attract best-in-class talent across the business. This position will play an integral role in providing overall strategic direction for the design and delivery of talent acquisition and talent management throughout the company. He/she will partner with and establish relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to understand their talent and succession needs and then develop the strategies to meet those needs and drive accountability in the talent function. The new VP of Global Talent will design and implement talent attraction messages to build and enhance a strong global employer brand focusing on the development of social media and technology-based mediums. The Individual

We are seeking an established Talent Leader with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience and at least eight years of demonstrated success leading a multinational enterprise talent team. He/she will also have experience with specific domain knowledge of D&I, full-cycle recruiting, succession planning, vendor management, employer branding and working in a complex global matrix environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role, as is a proven track record of success. We are looking for a highly collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers and team members.
