We are working with a highly successful retail organisation with a strong brand image in Asia Pacific. We are helping them to appoint a Global Total Rewards Lead in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the role has a global remit including markets in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a global reward framework and establishing the implementation of the global retail reward and incentive programme for the retail population. You will strategise the rewards and incentives strategy for employees for online and offline sales channels.
You should be a high-potential rewards professional with experience in the retail industry. Familiar with the reward practices in key markets such as China and Asia Pacific. Ideally, you should come from a consultancy background, and you are experienced in designing total rewards frameworks. Deep knowledge in China is required.
