Based in Singapore, this is a regional CoE leadership role managing a small team to support their employees across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Combining both a strategic and an operational angle, this role will develop and lead the effective implementation of annual and strategic Total Rewards Plan. In this role the key skills to its success are business partnering, collaboration, integrity and business acumen. It will be both partner and act as expert and go to person (together with the team) for all total rewards matters (including but not limited to compensation & benefits, mobility, rewards and recognitions policies, guidance and solution). The position will work closely with the HR and business community, including senior leadership team.
We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards leader with extensive C&B experience within multinational corporations. You should have solid regional experience plus good global exposure in your previous roles. We are open to profiles with a mix of Total Rewards and HRBP experience so that you can bring both TR functional and business partnering expertise.
