The Company

We are working with a leading hospitality group with long-standing history and reputation for providing high-quality services. We are helping them to appoint a Talent Acquisition Leader – Mass Recruiting, based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Leader – Mass Recruiting will be responsible for leading the mass recruitment operations for all operational and staff level positions. The successful individual will develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit a substantial number of front-line workers from industries such as catering, hospitality, and aviation. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of nine and ensuring recruitment processes, talent attraction strategies, and high-volume hiring strategies are efficiently executed.  

The Individual

The ideal individual should have experience leading high-volume recruitment operations, with a focus on processes and innovation. Although experience in the hospitality or retail industry would be advantageous, the focus is on finding an individual who is willing to think differently and drive change, even if he/she does not have relevant industry background. The successful individual should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
