The company has added assets and resources in HR (including embedding new leadership archetypes) specifically to drive and evolve new operating models, accelerate growth, innovation, and market expansion. Headquartered in the US, the company currently employs more than 5000 team members across the globe.
The Head of Global Total Rewards is a mission critical position as the business undergoes exciting growth and transformation. Within the HR ecosystem and structure, this role reports directly to the CHRO, partnering closely with regional business partners. The individual will manage a small team and is responsible for all aspects of global total rewards. Both strategic and tactical, the role presents multiple challenges and opportunities to integrate, stabilize, and upgrade programs and processes; with the goal of modernizing and maturing the overall HR organization.
The Head of Global Total Rewards will demonstrate a strong track record operating effectively and successfully in diverse company environments, public and private. Previous or combined experience in a rewards consulting environment is highly desired. The Head of Global Total Rewards will be collaborative, decisive, and process-driven with the ability to synthesize analytical concepts, making the complex simple. In addition to classic total rewards, the individual will also be adept in sales compensation, as a significant part of headcount is sales-oriented. They will have a transformational and growth mindset with the ability to meet adversity and change head on with stamina and adaptability. They will set and keep pace in a high-performance culture, effectively communicating and managing up the organization while driving best practices and delivering on business results.
