The Role

Reporting directly to the CHRO, this newly created role will work across geographies and across lines of business and centers of excellence, on enterprise-wide global strategic imperatives. Initially this role will focus on assessing and diagnosing organizational needs, designing an approach to delivering the platform and driving change and growth. The successful candidate will provide strong thought leadership and direction to the regional talent leads, and hands-on design and development execution of global programs. Key outcomes for the role include development of a leadership pipeline and blended learning opportunities for high potentials.  

The Individual

The individual we are seeking will have a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive Global Talent Management experience in an organisation known for their HR expertise and capability. Broad based experience gained within a diverse industry set will be essential. Ideally candidates will have worked in a range of different sized international organisations going through growth, where influencing and working across cultures is part of day to day business. Qualified candidates will clearly demonstrate strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing and development programs for all levels of employees, including job specific, managerial and leadership development. This individual will be confident, secure and self-aware, but also modest and appreciative of the need to understand and validate the existing culture before proposing a change. The ability to think independently, be self-motivated, and able to coordinate resources to affect the targeted result is essential. There is a strong preference for candidates who have lived and worked in different countries.
