With this in mind, we are excited to be leading the search to identify a new Global Head of HR Data & Analytics who can drive a successful and influential function. The role is based in London, United Kingdom.
This is a highly visible leadership role with the potential to have significant impact. As an internal consultant to business leaders and HR you will help shape and have overall responsibility for the strategy of the global people data and analytics function. You will set the direction and oversee successful delivery including Workday reporting function, Master Data Management, employee survey measurement processes, high value analytics projects, people data BI solutions and dashboards.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of team leadership and significant experience heading up HR data and analytics, that ideally includes product and service development and related engineering activities. You should be comfortable operating in complex, multi-cultural environments and have strong relationship building and communication skills in order to influence senior leaders across the globe. Talent, capability and culture should also be high in your knowledge base and skill set.
