Based in Tokyo, the role works with the President of Asia to develop an HR strategy that can be rolled out to Asia Country Managers to drive overall Talent Management strategies. You will be responsible for building key processes and standards around Talent Acquisition and People Development that help bring the business to the next level. The role will drive a reliable and consistent HR service for the business to trust and rely on when making key decisions for the business.
This person must take logical and sensible approach to the business when offering HR solutions and explaining market factors that affect the HR planning and service delivery. Ideally someone who has had experience with dealing with overseas offices or oversight of a country other than Japan. This role will have the most impact on Organizational Design, Talent Development and Talent sourcing so a proven track record in these areas is key.
