Very much an icon in its product area, the business aims to globalise even further and significant transformation is afoot. Since its foundation, the company sees significant growth potential in the emerging market territories which include parts of Eastern Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America.
To be based in Prague, a Cluster HR Directorship position has opened for a seasoned and commercial leader to support a significant and growing employee population. Very much a turnaround style position, the role will require strong strategic and operational skills. An ability to link global projects with the local market is important, as is the ability to create followship with both the blue-collar population and the corporate HQ team. An interest and passion for consumer businesses might be demonstrated in prior relevant experience. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive leadership team and will need to work closely with a growing number of demanding stakeholders across Europe, Middle East and LatAm region.
At least 10 years’ high-level business partnering or corporate HRD expertise is required, as well as an understanding of the specific challenges of Eastern European markets. An ability to build credibility with demanding stakeholders makes this a role for the commercially astute and business savvy. The individual needs to balance an understanding of the commercials of a business as well as the human element of keeping peers and colleagues highly motivated.
