With over 1,000 employees and growing, our client is looking to build out their HR infrastructure and hire an experienced and well-rounded Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support two business units. Having been in business for over 80 years, our client has a solid reputation in the financial sector and continues to expand their global footprint. The company’s HR leadership team is outstanding, and its HR model is evolving to ensure a robust platform for future global growth.

The Role

We are looking for a high potential individual who brings a well-rounded and in depth understanding of how to align the business goals and objectives with employees and management. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent. This is a strategic position within the organization where driving HR strategies is critical. Working across the organization and with key stakeholders, the HRBP will have access and influence at every level. Collaboration with team leaders to manage human resources, including employee relations, growth, and organizational design. The Senior HRBP will drive internal PR to advance internal company communication and partner closely with the management team and other leads to ensure continued cultivation of culture consistent with the company’s core values and mission. Responsible for continued company compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Individual

We are seeking an established HRBP with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Specific domain knowledge of policies, best practices, compliance in benefits, organizational development, labor legislation and recruiting required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role as is a proven track record of success. He/she will have the ability to work as a team member but will also possess skills to work independently to reach objectives. A Bachelor’s degree is required a Master’s degree is preferred.
