Responsible for coverage of several global businesses operating out of Japan, this HRBP will be responsible for supporting the business and leading growth and cultural transformation. The key responsibilities of this individual will include, but not be limited to; leading talent development strategy, organization design, recruitment and retention, manage global evaluation and compensation, and upgrading HR processes. The role is based out of Tokyo.
10+ years working experience and 5+ years as HRBP or generalist. This individual must be a strategic thinker and a self-starter who is used to the unknown and new challenges. Technically savvy and excellent communication skills. Experience in the beauty industry, or related industries, is a big plus.
