This position will drive the evolution of a talent and engagement driven culture to the next level enabling the further growth required. This is a new and critical role that is extremely high on the leadership and CHRO’s agenda. The company has an exceptional story and are on an exciting journey in an extremely talent short market.

The Role

The Global Head of Talent and Learning will lead the development and execution of global talent management, engagement, learning and culture initiatives that will lift the overall business performance. Partnering closely across the executive leadership team and the CHRO, this position will design the framework to accelerate performance, talent and leadership across the organisation and enhance organisational capabilities. The role will have global oversight and accountability for talent management, talent acquisition, organisational effectiveness as well as learning and development. It be critical and highly impactful in positioning the company to win.  

The Individual

Qualified candidates will have at least 12 years experience in senior talent management roles, including individual and organisational development and learning practices. Experience in large complex, high growth, well regarded people oriented businesses and having used state of the art techniques and disruptive programs is highly preferred. The individual will have a proven track record of delivering results through innovation and creativity in all areas of scope. Global experience in leading high-performing technical teams and working with companies that have experienced extremely competitive talent shortages will be key. As will be a track record in taking businesses through transformation, and through high growth. Prior experience in the technology or Technical industries including R&D for example are preferred. You will ideally be based or open to moving to Geneva.
