With a growing focus within their Talent and Culture practice, they are looking for an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join the team.
Based in London and working with the broader Talent and Culture team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying policies and programs to foster an environment where employees from diverse backgrounds can succeed professionally. Working with senior leadership, you will help to integrate diversity practices to support equal opportunity commitments and create a business environment of respect, openness, and inclusion across the wider organisation.
We are looking for a senior HR business partner with several years’ experience in the design and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within an MNC environment. Your background may also include OD, talent management, and employee engagement. You will have proven success in large-scale change projects within complex matrix organisations and be able to develop compelling business cases to champion D&I programs to build understanding and alignment amongst key stakeholders.
