The Company

We are working with a diversified conglomerate with a global presence. It is a private company with its global headquarters in Hong Kong. Despite the pandemic situation, the company delivered a robust business result in 2020 and will continue to further invest into its HR function. We are helping them to identify a new Group L&D Lead to be based in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, the incumbent will be responsible for the creation and delivery of leadership and learning activities to support the ongoing development of the business and its people. Designed with leadership and best practice in mind, the focus is to develop and expand on the talent and skills of employees at all levels within the organisation, both locally as well as internationally.

The Individual

The incumbent should have experience working in multinational corporations. Coming from industrial, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries would be a plus. You should be an all-rounded talent and learning professional with exposure in talent, learning, culture, and succession.
