We are representing a multinational energy company which operates in all major markets across the world. This is a major global brand which invests heavily in their employees’ development within the company. The role will be based in Singapore.
Based in Singapore, and reporting to the Head of HR, this role manages all areas of employee relations including engagement, and diversity and inclusion. The role has a strong focus on translating and aligning the global employee relations philosophy to the local strategy and plan. Managing a team of 6 ER and IR Advisors, you will have responsibility for developing and leveraging Union relationships and deal directly with industrial relations and negotiations.
You will need to have experience in managing and coaching a team and have solid Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience. It is useful to have experience in a complex unionised environment and have proven ability to form strong relationships with both blue collar and white collar management. Previous experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
