A Hong Kong based professional services firm with a global portfolio, our client is embarking on a major large-scale restructure with aggressive growth plan launching in 2021. With a presence in several key markets throughout Asia Pacific, our client is now looking to bolster its ranks by appointing an HR Director to drive this initiative.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Global HR Director will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results. The individual will be a pivotal member of the leadership team and will be the key communicator and advisor to shareholders on the HR agenda for the business. The key focus will be on team culture building and scaling-up the organisation, which align with the overall business strategy.
The successful role-holder will be credible, results-driven, and a team player with proven experience in successfully navigating a complex, multicultural matrix structure. Experience working within professional services is strongly preferred. The individual will also excel in ambiguity and embrace change and innovation at every turn. It is essential to build trust with all levels and demographics of employees and stakeholders, not just leadership. Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is a must.
