They are a highly successful organization that has seen significant growth in recent years. The business provides consumer products via a variety of markets including large chain merchants and e-commerce retailers. As part of its commitment to positioning the company for growth in 2020 this Head of Executive Recruiting will play a large part in its overall talent transformation.
The role will report into the Chief People Officer. The Head of Executive Recruiting will work in partnership with senior leaders, located across the business, as part of a long-term workforce planning strategy. The employee population is more than 7,000 and growing. As a trusted member of the leadership team the successful individual will maintain responsibility for all aspects of executive search from development of strategy to closure of top-flight executive talent. Coverage will include corporate functions as well as key sales and marketing groups. The individual will lead a geographically dispersed talent acquisition team, providing leadership and direction. A priority for this role will be the development of a comprehensive executive sourcing strategy maximizing internal sourcing capabilities while utilizing external search partners in specialized areas.
This role requires someone with strong hands-on experience building and leading a successful executive search function. This talent leader will have a proven track record of personal interaction and influence of executive leadership. They will be detail oriented and possess a strong understanding of metrics as they pertain to the candidate experience, stakeholder expectations and relevant market details. Experience navigating a complex, matrix environment will enable this Head of Executive Recruiting to be successful.
