The Role

As a Regional Total Rewards Lead, you will oversee and enhance regional rewards programs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with regional regulations and industry best practices. Expertise in international employee mobility will be essential for managing global assignments and associated reward structures.  

The Individual

We are looking for a highly talented and agile individual for this role. You should possess solid regional compensation and benefits experience, ideally in a multinational company. A strong understanding of regional regulations and market trends is essential. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels are key. This role offers growth potential, with prospects for promotion or rotation to a global rewards position within three years.
