The Role

The Head of HR will shoulder the responsibility of localising the company's strategy, establishing a localised HR framework, and devising and executing human resources strategies to enable the organisation in achieving its strategic, business, and operational objectives. Additionally, the Head of HR will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the global and local facets of the company's operations.

The Individual

We are looking for an HR leader with progressive development experience in a dynamic, multinational working environment. The ideal candidate will adeptly navigate matrix organisation frameworks, aligning strategies with business goals while fostering collaboration. As an HR leader, they should demonstrate exceptional stakeholder and change management skills, facilitating critical communication between headquarters and local offices to effectively translate business strategy into the local market. Additionally, the preferred candidate will possess a robust HR foundation in core processes and a comprehensive understanding of HR risk and governance.
