The Role

Hong Kong based, this position will be responsible for building and driving the company’s regional senior leadership executive compensation program. The Regional Executive Compensation Lead will be central in identifying opportunities to evolve and upscale the current practices to ensure greater operational efficiency. The position must keep up to date with market and business changes, to ensure the business remains competitive, as well as drive employee engagement in-line with the broader HR and business strategies.

The Individual

We are looking for an Executive Compensation specialist with a proven track record leading the function in a complex, fast paced organisation. The ideal individual should have strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations.
