This role will develop, deliver, and drive company-wide programs and initiatives, including but not limited to compensation and performance review, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, training and development, and organisational change. Lead management in organisational assessment and diagnosis to revise business strategies into actions that deliver results. Participate in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department achievements in relation to established goals.
Function as a strategic business partner to the local leadership and act as a bridge between regional/corporate and Japan. There is a high needed for empathy and contextual understanding as well as an interest in or understanding of the IT industry.
