As Head of HR, you are a key member of the senior management team that lead, define and execute HR strategies and plans to support of business objectives and growth. The role develops and defines local plans at the business unit or division level integrated with corporate HR strategies. The role focus on all areas of HR expertise and provides broad-based support and leadership to country client groups.
The ideal individual will be an HR leader who can provide strategic coverage and strategic planning for leadership development within the business, to ensure a healthy and sustainable future for the company.
