The Role

This role is crucial in the planning, designing, developing and implementation of the organisation’s talent capabilities. It will drive the development of talent and succession planning therefore creating initiatives and successful execution of planned actions for the business.  

The Individual

You should demonstrate a successful track record of designing and implementing Talent Management and Organisation Development programmes across APAC in multinational corporations. You will have the ability to drive strategic organisational talent and succession planning, along with developing and managing leadership succession pipeline.
