The Role

The Human Resources Director for Japan and Korea will report to the APAC HR head while partnering with multiple stakeholders locally and in Korea. The position will provide support and guidance to senior executives while maintaining proper local operational standards are met. The HR Director will manage a small team at first, however will need to grow the function as they become more familiar with and increase their coverage area in both Japan and Korean markets. This role will enjoy being a strategic business partner, optimising HR processes, and exhibit excellent organisational skills.  

The Individual

The individual for this role will have experience in cultural and organisational change management in both English and Japanese. They will be able to appropriately prioritise their responsibilities as both a strategic player in the business and operational head for Japan and Korea.
