A top European luxury brand of fashion and leather goods, constantly ranking in the ‘Top Global 100 Brands’ worldwide. They are also in the Forbes World’s Most Valuable Brands list. They own and operate roughly 300+ stores worldwide and over 50 stores in Japan.
Provide HR Leadership and high level of Business Partner service and support to Retail/Stores to ensure the achievement of Japan’s business goals. Ensure that internal customers receive the expected value from HR. Strategic and effective talent acquisition for store management roles across all regions in Japan delivered in a timely manner. Effectively manage multiple ongoing projects together with HQ or with corporate functions in Japan.
A confident, agile and motivated individual will be required for this role. They will need a strong background in Talent Management and Organizational Development, and 5+ years as a generalist is a must. Although retail industry experience is not required, it would be preferred. Strong English communication skills are required for this opportunity.
