We are delighted to be working with a global organization in the healthcare sector. They operate in around 100 locations with close to 20,000 employees worldwide.
Based in Singapore, this position will lead the regional talent acquisition function on defining and delivering the talent acquisition strategy for the region. This will include branding, social media, processes and structure. You will represent the needs of the region to the group center of expertise (CoE) and collaborate with HR business partners to provide a seamless service to the business. This is a strategic role that requires someone with strong influencing skills and an ability to work across multiple business and functional divisions.
We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist with proven track record of leading a talent acquisition function in a complex multi-national organization. You should have strong experience in building capability and the mindset to be both strategic and hands-on. Experience with fast-paced growing organizations will be critical as growth is the main focus for the business.
