We are delighted to work with one of the top business conglomerates headquartered in Hong Kong. We are helping them to appoint their Group Talent Acquisition Lead for their group wide operations based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, this pivotal role is strategically positioned to interact extensively with the C-suite. This position will lead and manage a TA team who provide strategic support to various businesses within the group. The Group Talent Acquisition Lead will also be responsible for Employer Branding to attract and acquire external top talent for Early Careers and experienced hires. This role will work closely with other HR leaders and COE teams within the firm to ensure a consistent and effective approach to HR across the organisation.
We are looking for an individual with a strategic mindset, who can think creatively and identify opportunities to drive business results through TA initiatives. To thrive in this position, a strong background in Talent Acquisition at a sizable or multi-national company and proven experience in leading TA teams is essential. Hands-on experience in recruitment for China will be an added advantage. The ideal individual should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
