With its headquarters in Continental Europe, its products are being entirely redeveloped in line with stakeholder and consumer pressure. The business is looking to show specific agility with respect to digitisation and data analytics. The role can be located in either Western Switzerland or London.
A strategic Head of Talent Intelligence opportunity has opened up in the Global HQ. Leading a team of executive researchers, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition function from an executive talent pipelining perspective. Close relationships need to be built with differing and demanding top stakeholders across challenging pioneer markets as well as more developed ones.
At least 10 years’ leadership experience in Talent Intelligence or Research/Talent Sourcing will be critical. A broad suite of general TA skills will be seen as a solid foundation, as well as an ability to create structure and a positive working team environment. This is a role for a visible leader who needs to flourish in a chaotic, transformation environment.
