Our client is a global financial services organisation with a progressive culture. They are renowned for their agile approach and innovation-led business strategy which differentiates them in the industry. They are investing heavily in better data analytics and new technologies. We are working closely with the Chief Talent Officer to build a high performing team across talent, learning and leadership.

The Role

The Global Head of Careers and Growth will drive the business strategy by facilitating the growth and development of people ensuring that they and the business are resilient and future proof. The successful candidate will lead a team which will shape a first-class employee experience across all things career development. This will involve developing and leading the implementation of a strategy to upskill and reskill at scale around business needs. The Global Head of Careers and Growth will also coach, guide, and operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders about skills and career development.  

The Individual

We are looking for an extremely passionate professional with a strong learning and development track record with a large focus on the development area. You need to be able to set and execute strategy and be the type of individual that thrives in a complex environment. You should also be able to develop strong relationships and be comfortable managing data. This role will suit a creative individual that wants to drive change and best practice.
