The Role

This role is looking for a leader of a global IHRS system standardized project. Responsible for establishing HRIS and HR Ops systems and reporting strategy and roadmap. You will work collaboratively with HR functional leads, HR business partners and global HR leadership team. You will be a valued contributor in delivering solution and process improvement recommendations, and build and implement the business and operation flow which will include the simplification, optimization and standardization of systems and processes.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in HRIS /HR Operation in global organizations. Current or previous hands-on involvement with the implementation of a complex HRIS global system. Strong leadership skill as change agent. Collaborative personality with good analytic skills, digital literacy and a logical, thinking mindset.
