Very much an icon in its product area, the business aims to globalise even further and significant transformation is afoot in terms of AI and technology innovation, talent upgrading, new market entry and tools/systems and processes. The META region is significant in terms of growth trajectory and harnessing current successes.

The Role

A pivotal HR Directorship for the META region has opened up. The HR Director-META requires excellent understanding of the intricacies and legal frameworks challenges of the complex Middle East and African markets. This is very much a strategic business partnering opportunity in a high-performance environment. Success in leading Talent Management, D&I, L&D and employee engagement will be important. Demanding stakeholders will require a sharp-thinker and strong communicator with excellent pace and remote team leadership skills.  

The Individual

The appointment will require at least 12 years’ broad, generalist HR experience, and specifically an in-depth knowledge of driving and sophisticating people strategy processes on an international level. Strong technical skills are absolutely expected as is the malleability to work in a transforming and high-performance environment.
