Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation in Asia Pacific. With strong presence in Asia as well as Hong Kong, the organisation has combined the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition function to support the growth ambitions of Hong Kong. The role is based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to Hong Kong CHRO, the role will lead a small team, and partner with the global office to strengthen the organisational and people capabilities. Ensuring talent strategy connects with business strategies, the role will review organisational structure, succession plans, leadership training, and talent pipeline. With suitable assessment tools and development schemes, the role will address and identify leadership gaps in the organisation.
The individual we are looking for should have a strong background in Talent Management, Learning and Development, as well as Organisational Development. Previous experience in multinationals or management consulting firms would be advantageous. You should also have a sophisticated style that allows you to handle multiple stakeholders.
