Our client is a well-known European Consumer Goods company with a history spanning over 50 years. With a diverse portfolio of products and brands, it has operates globally in more than 28 countries. We are assisting them in finding a HR leader for the SEA region, who will be based in Singapore.

The Role

The Head of HR, SEA will work closely with the broader HR organisation to support rapid business growth and the constant challenge of building organisational capabilities. This role will be responsible for talent management and employee engagement and collaborate closely with business leaders to drive growth and spearhead critical transformation. As it is a lean team, there will be a combination of both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.  

The Individual

Our client is looking for a skilled professional who can manage stakeholders effectively, handle ambiguity, adapt to fast-paced growth, and have a genuine passion for their work. The ideal candidate should be agile, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have a proven track record of at least 10-15 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the FMCG, retail-related, or hospitality industry. It will be important to have strong business acumen and experience working in complex and matrix-driven organisations.
