The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Organisational Development, this position will drive strategic organisational initiatives. The role involves designing interventions to enhance operational efficiency and talent development. The Organisation Development Leader will work across departments, aligning processes with business objectives, and building a strong OD knowledge base. This position offers key involvement in shaping the company’s long-term growth.

The Individual

The ideal individual will have 15 to 20 years of experience in OD, and possess a blend of consulting and in-house expertise. A background in manufacturing or related industries is preferred, along with exposure to global markets. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset are key attributes for this position.
