The Role

The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of corporate positions. This role will champion collaboration with line managers on strategic recruitment needs across various levels in the organisation. It is a hands-on position and responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent and taking candidates on the journey of a progressive career. The position will also collaborate with regional markets and the extended HR teams to create and improve the Talent acquisition processes.

They are highly organised, manage their work with accountability, meet schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
