The Company

We are excited to partner with a global Fortune 500 financial services company in their search for a Director, Executive Talent Acquisition to join the company’s expanding Talent team. This globally recognized brand has experienced continuous growth and we are looking for a progressive Talent Acquisition executive who will be responsible for leading searches to attract top level talent for multiple global and domestic business groups in North America.

The Role

The Director, Executive Talent Acquisition will work closely with senior leaders across the business in the USA and Canada to execute on the talent needs at the top level of the company. This position will be responsible for end-to-end executive recruitment across multiple client groups. Designing and implementing strategies to identify and attract senior level talent to the organization, the Director, Executive Talent Acquisition will also partner closely with external vendors and external search partners to ensure best-in-class talent is delivered. This role can be in the San Francisco Bay area, New York, Atlanta, or Austin.  

The Individual

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred). In addition, 10+ years’ experience operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment, either within an executive search firm or supporting executive hires in multi-national corporate organizations is required. Exceptional communication skills combined with executive presence and strong project management skills are essential. This person will have proven ability to build deep relationships at senior levels within and outside the organization, navigate complex structures and develop trusted relationships with executive talent and hiring managers. A proven ability to understand and navigate a matrixed, global environment is a ‘must have.’ While the role’s focus is North America, international experience would be advantageous and language skills will be beneficial.
