With a positive shift in C&B strategy and growth forecast; there is a current requirement to identify a new EMEA C&B Lead. The position will be based in London, UK.

The Role

This newly structured and highly visible role will see you report to global C&B and have a key focus around managing regional EMEA C&B programs. Initial priorities will include the compensation process in strong partnership with HRBPs and business leaders. In addition you will also be supporting/leading other critical global or regional projects around M&A and rewards harmonisation.  

The Individual

To be successful, you will be an experienced, highly analytical C&B specialist with a proven track record across the EMEA region and comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders in complex environments. M&A, project management and change will be highly desirable with both ongoing and future reorganisation plans.
