The Role

This newly created Human Resources Director, Latin America will report to the SVP of HR and serve as a strategic partner to the GMs of multiple countries across the region. This leadership role will utilize a data-driven approach to develop a strategic talent roadmap for the Latin America region. They will be focused on fostering retention, increasing engagement, and creating a broad array of talent initiatives encompassing leadership career pathing, high-potential development, and internal talent mobility. This position will be expected to constructively challenge stakeholders by asking questions which help them better understand human resource implications issues and prioritise effectively. The HR Director, Latin America will elevate the ability of direct and indirect team members, located in multiple geographic locations, to partner with the business and positively impact revenue streams.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Director, Latin America role will be bilingual, or multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese), possessing a deep understanding of the market dynamics in Latin America. This individual will have a proven track record of effectively translating regional talent insights and unique cultural intricacies to global corporate leadership. As a people leader, the HR Director, Latin America will have experience elevating team member capacity to better support the growth of the business. This leader will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to their work. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and a steady hand in fluid situations to be a safe middle ground for all parties in transformational periods.
