The Role

The Global Pension and Benefits Director heads up the function for all employees globally. The mission is to plan, develop, and oversee the organisation’s benefits and pension systems and initiatives at corporate level to support the global workforce.  

The Individual

The successful candidate should have strong Rewards/Pensions and Benefits leadership track record at a large scale in a global business. Experience in partnering with pooling partners, brokers and underwriters is essential. Must have the ability to think strategically about short and long-term benefits needs and risk/reward profile of an organisation balanced with a strong ability to operationalise and execute on delivery of a plan. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders is also a must. Expert knowledge of the benefits/pension industry, demonstrated ability to identify complex patterns of risk and liabilities. The role requires fluency in English and a Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent.
