Reporting into the Business Operation Leader, with a dotted line into the Vice President of HR, this role will be responsible for leading one direct report and maintaining responsibilities for operations in multiple states across the West. The Human Resources Director will be an active partner to the business and bring a broad business mindset to the forefront of discussions effectively driving strategies across the region. Engaged as a partner for key strategic initiatives, this position will play an important part in the overall success of HR and the business. This leadership opportunity provides a high-profile position which has a history of providing a springboard for advancement.
We are seeking a HR leader with strong business acumen, preferably with international experience, who’s served as a strategic business partner. You should offer a depth of functional HR expertise and be comfortable having a seat at the table to influence and drive HR strategies. Although the role will maintain a regional purview, a candidate open to future international mobility would be ideal. You will also have an in-depth understanding of HR laws and regulations. With high level of drive and a clear and crisp communication style this person will thrive in a high energy environment. This position will require travel 40% of the time.
