We are partnering with a global Professional Services organization with a revenue of over $4 Billion and a growing presence in APAC.
With the main focus on Business Partnering, Talent Management, Engagement, Retention and building future leaders, this strategic HR leadership role will work very closely with the Global CPO to develop the APAC HR strategy and support the growth of the organisation in the region.
The role calls for an experienced HR professional with gravitas and credibility, who can coach leaders and take a mature approach to people matters. The successful individual should be able to perform effectively within a lean and fast paced environment. A commercial mindset, engaging communication style and strong advisory and stake holder skills are essential for this critical leadership position.
