The Company

We are closely partnering with a multinational organisation in the Oil & Gas sector to help them find an HR Head for the Asia Pacific region. With a strong focus on growth, the company has an employee base in the thousands, revenue in the billions, and works in a number of geographies around the world. It is a fast-moving and upwardly mobile company.

The Role

Based in Bangkok, you will report to the International HR Head. Operating in a service/business partnering capacity you will be both strategic and hands on. Working closely with the COE and HRSS, you will help standardise processes, embed better practice and support the business leader as growth continues. You will lead a team across the full HR spread, with strong emphasis on career development, HR strategy and talent resourcing.

The Individual

You will be a proven HR Generalist who is a self-starter and relishes a dynamic environment. Technology savvy, you would have the autonomy to challenge existing processes as well as engage artificial intelligence and big data in making decisions. It is important that you have strong change management and Asia experience. You will need to leverage your operational skills in developing relationships and being a trusted advisor to the business.
