The company is a leading and innovative international provider of premium mobility solutions for customers with customised and flexible needs. It is a listed organisation that also handles various strategic management, financing matters and provides advisory services for the group’s key companies. They are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition and Attraction Strategy to join their team to be part of an exciting HR transformation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Global People Excellence, the role will be an integral member of the global leadership team, building cross-functional engagement across the whole enterprise. The Head of Talent Acquisition and Attraction Strategy will build and lead a robust and strategic Talent Acquisition function which will fully support the organisation’s transformation and growth. It will translate business and workforce strategy into People Engagement Concepts, Products and Programs. The role encompasses a broad range of topics including acquisition and sourcing strategy, employer branding, onboarding, performance marketing and other regional and global topics.  

The Individual

You will bring significant experience working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment in a Talent Acquisition capacity with a solid track record of designing and driving recruitment strategy, tools design, employer branding, campaigns and platform management. You should be familiar with partnering effectively with all levels of management, board of directors and employees as well as external partners and consultants. Affinity to modern, agile and digital approaches is highly valuable. Business fluency in English is required, German language skills are a bonus. In-depth German market knowledge is essential.
