This highly respected company is a global consumer brand in the food and beverage industry. The Global SVP Talent Acquisition is eager to take the talent acquisition function to the next level and so we are looking for a dynamic VP Talent Acquisition who can marry operational excellence with a creative strategic vision for the North American region.

The Role

This role will encompass all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for North America. Leading a talented team of inhouse and RPO recruiters and working closely with key business stakeholders, the individual will help in the design and execution of recruitment plans, and facilitate communication around hiring, onboarding and future talent pipelining strategies. One of the key deliverables for the VP Talent Acquisition, North America is to establish a strong employer brand to drive greater connectivity with external talent pools, elevating the company as an employer of choice.  

The Individual

We are looking for a collaborative Talent Acquisition leader who will take an innovative approach to leading the end-to-end recruitment function. This role needs a minimum of 15 years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience in a multinational organization, with significant demonstratable success managing and developing teams (both internal and RPO recruiters). You will be familiar working in a fast-paced, change-friendly, and dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role as is the ability to work across all levels of a complex matrixed organization.
